Integrated Moving Solutions, Worst and Most Stealing Company

Integrated Moving Solutions Inc.

URGENT AND VERY IMPORTANT: DO NOT EVER EVER USE THIS STEALING, HORRIBLE, SCAM AND FRAUD COMPANY

Integrated Moving Solutions Inc. is an example of the worst and most horrible, scam, crook and fraud company in the world. They are unprofessional, thieves and liars. Integrated Moving Solutions Inc. ends up doubling your cost by lying about your cubic footage. They are a gang of thieves, their greedy drivers always ask for more money, claiming that they are moving your items more than the allowed distance from the house to the truck, and they end up losing (STEALING) most of your items. Their rating at the BBB is an F rating and BBB does not ever lie about a business. THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY DOES NOTHING RIGHT, AND IT IS ONLY THERE TO ROB YOUR MONEY AND STEAL YOUR FURNITURE AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS. THEY MAKE YOU FILE A CLAIM, THEN THEY NEVER RESPOND OR EVEN PAY THE TRIVIAL CLAIM. THEY ARE THE GREATEST CROOKS YOU WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH. This company does not just lose your belongings, THEY DEFINITELY STEAL THEM. They state is the contract they provide you a compensation of 0.60 per pound, so they damage, break and steal your belongings and at the end they do not even respond to paying this trivial compensation. Their unqualified and useless administrative assistant does not even have the decency of answering the emails or phone. I have written several reviews before but I will keep posting them until they lose their new customers. They contract with you for one price and you end up paying much more. They promise one delivery date like a week or so and you end up receiving your items a month later and maybe more. On top of all of these bad services they deliver your items mostly damaged, broken and missing (stolen). They DEFINITELY STEAL YOUR ITEMS. They are mostly depending on new customers so my responsibility and role lies that I should warn you all not to ever use this company. This type of corrupted companies should be seriously investigated and should be out of business. The US law should prohibit such companies from providing services and should protect customers from these horrible thieves.

Bait and switch

Most unprofessional company I had ever dealt with. Clear scam artists. Doubled my rate during pick up , took 6 weeks to call me and say they could deliver my stuff when it was supposed to be within 21 days. Wanted more cash upon delivery or stuff would go in storage.. never answered calls or emails. I spoke to Nancy once from main office and she was disinterested and could careless to help me. She said manager would call me back to help straighten out my job... never happened. Never use this company , ever. You have been warned.

They should be CANCELED

Do not use them as your moving company!!!! Read these negative reviews and find another company with actual positive reviews. I wish we had done our research so we could have avoided this stressful experience.

We used a moving broker and they selected this company, so we were unable to vet them before booking our move.

We were charged an additional almost $3k on our original quote and unable to reach anyone for this blatant up charge because conveniently after 5 pm both the broker and this moving company were out of office!!!! A move originally agreed to be under $3k now became $5k plus. All of our items were already in the truck and we already had turned in our keys to our landlord. What a horrible situation to be in, let me tell you.

Then, the company promised 1-21 days to deliver our items from California to Maine. It took 2 months!

They never called or emailed us to give us updates. We had to constantly call them to get any kind of info regarding our items. It was the worst experience we’ve had with customer service from a company.

Lastly, to add insult to injury, our items were triple stacked on top of each other, several of our boxes arrived damaged, our tv boxes were upside down in the truck, our safe was damaged, our hydroponic indoor growing system damaged, boxes were falling apart, and the movers had to re tape countless boxes on the truck in front of us so they could move the boxes off the truck without all the items falling out. Literally, WTF!?!?!?

We’re filing a claim to try to get money to repair the items they damaged in transport. Based on the other reviews, this looks like it’s going to be a long stressful battle to get any type of claim properly compensated.

Stay far far away from this company. You’ve been warned.

Thieves! DO NOT USE THIS BUNCH OF CROOKS!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Also, DO NOT allow the moving company that you hire to subcontract to these crooks! They did absolutely nothing right! I had a very small move. I only shipped 2 pieces of furniture and they lost the one piece and badly damaged the other one. Almost every one of my boxes was crushed, collapsed, smashed, broken, and some were open. All of them were filthy and dirty. The one box that didn't make it to my home was a box I had labeled, "Loose Change." Yes, I shouldn't have labeled it that, but they shouldn't have STOLEN IT!!! They never call you back or give you an ETA. The crew that comes to get your stuff or drop your stuff off, tries to shake you down for more money. This crew is a bunch of scumbags and criminals. I filed a claim, but now I'm filing a lawsuit!

Long-distance move from Hampton, NH to Ocala, FL

Our Belongings have not been Delivered.

This is a review of Integrated Moving Solutions, Inc. out of Kenilworth, NJ and the broker who contracted with them, Moving APT (www.movingapt.com/).

My wife and I recently relocated from New Hampshire to Florida. We signed a contract that our belongings would be delivered within 21 business days of May 17, 2019. It is now June 27th, 9 days after the close of the agreed upon delivery window. Our things have not been delivered and we can no longer reach a person at Integrated Moving Solutions, INC.

we did speak with Simone, a company representative on June 17th. She told us that the moving truck would be leaving on Wednesday or Thursday of that week. She promised to send me an email with the driver's contact information. We have not received an email from her and when we call their number, it goes directly to voicemail.

We are afraid that the company had decided not to deliver our belongings.

Please be aware that the broker who subcontracted our move out to Integrated Moving Solutions of Kenilworth, New Jersey was Moving APT (www.movingapt.com/). Gia, who claimed to be a customer service manager, promised to try to resolve the non-delivery issue with Integrated Moving Solutions, INC. She said that she would call us back before her shift ended on Friday, June 21st. She did not ever call us. And, Moving APT is also not picking up our telephone calls.

Worst Moving Experience.

This was the worst moving experience imaginable. In short it will took Intagrated Moving Solutions Inc 2.5 days to pack and load my moving truck, 28 days to deliver my belongings and increased my original, contracted moving fee 110%. On Wednesday 6/26 the crew arrived 2.5 hours late. The crew spoke broken English at best which made it extremely difficult to communicate. When signing the contract I paid for 50 boxes and related packing materials, they showed up unprepared with only enough materials to pack 25 boxes. As a result they had to go to Home Depot to purchase more boxes. I was charged an additional $980.00 for 8-10 boxes. During the packing/loading process the crew was slow and inefficient. They packed my things very haphazardly, if at all. Some of my things were just thrown on the truck without even being put in a box. In addition they acted unprofessionally leaving an inappropriate note in my kitchen on a post-it. At 1:15AM on Friday 6/28 the truck was finally packed. It was at this time that I was advised that the cost of their moving services would increase 110% from the initial contract I signed with the sub-contracting company, Atlas Moving and Storage. Upon leaving IMS Inc. advised they would take up to 10 days to deliver my property, though my initial contract stated 5. After numerous calls to both Atlas Moving and Storage and Intagrated Moving Solutions and 27 days later my delivery was scheduled for Thursday 7/25 between 1pm-7pm. They did not arrive until 8:30PM on the 25th. Yet again, the crew spoke broken English making it difficult to communicate with them. I was prepared with a money order, from a federal bank, to pay my remaining balance. The driver refused to take the money order because it was from a bank, rather than the post office. After a great deal of commotion, the driver left without as much as opening the truck. I made several calls to IMS Inc. the following morning and rescheduled the delivery for 10:30am on 7/26. The truck arrived at 11:30am. None of the boxes were labeled when packed so the delivery crew dumped all boxes in one room. A third of the boxes were crushed from being stacked without consideration of weight. The only piece of furniture that was partially reassembled was one of two bed frames. They said they didn’t know how to complete the reassemble of the first frame. And did not reassemble the second bed frame because they said a piece was missing, which they later found. My hardwood flooring was damaged due to the movers dragging heavy furniture. As I begin to unpack have come to realize that I am missing items, largest being a full size head board. I noticed I hadn’t seen it come off the truck toward the end of the afternoon. When I asked the delivery man about it, he said it was coming. I realized after they left that it was still missing. I left a message about the missing furniture but IF I get a call back, I’m sure I will just be told to submit an insurance claim. I signed a moving contract with Atlas Moving and Storage. They did not disclose during the contract signing that they would subcontract the services to Inagrated Moving Solutions Inc. Had I know this I would have canceled the contract right away given the ‘F’ business rating IMS Inc. has with the Better Business Bureau. They proved throughout this entire process that an ‘F’ rating is exactly what IMS Inc. deserves.

Long-distance move from Newington, CT to Charlotte, NC

Had to force them to pay claim.

I handled the coordination of the moving of my daughters things. This company was used to move her stuff brokered by National Express Moving. The company lost and broke stuff. My daughter put in a claim and they approved it but never sent her the check. After over 6 months, I called them several times and only went into voice mail. I contacted National Express Moving and they said it wasn't their problem but she would call Integrated Moving Solutions about it. After several weeks and several responses from National Express that she will ask again about the check, I never heard from them. I finally threatened the person at National Express Moving and I immediately got on a conference call with Integrated Moving and they finally sent the check to my daughter. Don't do business with either of these company's. They had no plan on paying the claim.

Worst moving company ever not even worth a 1 star.

RE: All American Relocation Group

RE: Integrated Moving Solutions

Attn: Ronny Sher

Attn: Paul Keller

And to all parties involved,

This is what transpired in relation to the move between David Miller, All American and Integrated Moving Solutions. In the beginning of discussions with Sandy I said I would like to have my items picked up on Wed. Nov. 13th and delivered on Fri. Nov 15th. I was asked what I preferred morning or afternoon delivery; I chose afternoon. There was to be 2 pick-up stops, my condo and my business, no more than 10 min away, less than 10 miles and 3 stops in Atlanta: I was told no problem. In the beginning it was estimated I had less than a full 26 Ft truck. After sending both photos and videos Sandy suggested to reserve a full 26 ft. truck, also the pick-up date was changed from Wed. to Tue. the 12th between 9-10 AM, because it would take two days to load. That is the way it was left. There was no mention about not having to deviate the pick-up day, delivery day or something other a 26 ft truck that I was paying for.

I receive a call Mon. around 5:00 from customer service my pick-up is scheduled for Wed, at 7:00 AM. I said it was supposed to be Tue. 9-10:00. I asked if the time could be changed, she put me on hold, called dispatch and told me the time could NOT be changed. I received a call at 10:30 Tue. evening from the driver telling me they are coming at 3:00 Wed. afternoon. I argued with him that was not going to work. He finally said they would be here at 7 AM but would have to leave and come back at 3:00. I kept asking why he had to leave and finally understood the reason was to go to court. I asked him how many stops were scheduled for me, He texted me his paperwork and the only stop he had was 1265 Lost Nation with the wrong city, no 2nd stop for my business. I texted back on how many stops in George were scheduled but got no response. When I spoke to the driver Wed morning I did not know All American subs out the actual move to Integrated Moving Solution (the other moving companies warned me about using someone that is just a broker) and that dispatch doesn’t open until 9 or 9:30 the driver didn’t know. The driver shows up Wed. at 8:30 and they start to wrap the furniture. I noticed there was furniture at the front of the truck, meaning they had a pick-up before me which is why they couldn’t get to me until Wed. I checked with Sandy and confirmed I was to have a full truck. It also occurred to me there is one guy that has to go to court, and there is one truck, I asked the guy, ‘are you both leaving with the truck, going to court and then coming back and you really don’t know when?’ He said yes. By the time I spoke to All American, reached the dispatch person arguing with both and actually telling them I am cancelling the move and am asking the movers to stop wrapping and to leave, I get a call from dispatch he is sending Uber to pick up the driver so he can got to court. So now there is one man loading a truck be himself. The other man doesn’t get back until 4:30. My condo took up 2/3s of the truck which means the 2nd stop was to be Cabinet Hardware, where I should have had some of my business loaded on that truck, that night. Dispatch is called and is arguing with me refusing to pick up any of my business items. Finally tells the driver to go and can ONLY pick up ONE item, a filing cabinet nothing else.

You must agree, this whole move has been unacceptable from the start, to me and as a business. I would like to know what can be done. I’ve owned my own business for 50 yrs and the one thing I learn it customer service first. One way or another if something did not go the way it should, I made it right with that customer. I have not been able to live in the apartment

I am renting and have no inventory which is my livelihood so I can conduct business. I have paid thousands of dollars and not received anywhere the professional service I expected. What makes it worse, is I still have my whole business back in Cleveland and I will have to pay another company to transport it down here. I would appreciate a personal phone call from you to discuss this.

David Miller.
